UNIQUE CUSTOM CARVINGS

Orders:

All carvings are made of pine wood and are 1 inch thick. The carvings can come in either black or brown stain, see pictures for examples. When placing an order please be as detailed as possible, and include the ITEM number you would like. Fill out the contact form below. If necessary please email us any images that will help us design your carving at iupaticustomarts@gmail.com. Due to the high volume of carvings, we cannot provide image proofs so please be as detailed as possible in your order.

Portraits: Send us a high quality photography to our email and we will make wood carving according it. The better the photo - the better the result.

Options: Adding 1 to 4 colors to your carving will cost an additional $20. If you have more than four colors in mind, it might be an extra charge. Please be specific in your order so we can give you a proper estimate.

Payments:

After you place your order we will email you an invoice with all the information. You will have a chance to review your order, and then make the payment. Once the payment has being made, we will start working on your carving. Your carving will be created and shipped within 15 business days. We ship from California via Fedex, all orders include complementary tracking.

Refunds:

Note that some of the items are personalized and they are made especially for you. Therefore, they're not refundable unless we have made a mistake.

Pick up: We are an online retail business that does not have a traditional storefront to visit in person. We do however, offer pick up from our shop in San Jose, CA by appointment only.

Shipping:

Shipping costs are based on order weight and distance. We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from Fedex to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.
